Interpretation
Elevated horizontal terraces, a broad planted roof edge and an open ground plane let the garden run beneath and around the building.
Vertical gardens hang from the terraces, so planting climbs the facade and the building shares its ground with the people who cross it.
Visualizations
Alternative visualization of the pavilion edge.
The original
The rendering is the original study. The visualizations develop its material language, from precast concrete to fine bronze screens, while keeping the public garden at the center.
